The 2015 CCMWorld Group Annual Meeting, one of the longest history, highest level and, biggest scale industrial event of BPO industry, was held in Beijing from October 19-23, 2015. Representatives from Mainland China, HK, Taiwan, US, Japan, North Korea, Singapore and, New Zealand joined in the meeting.

CCMWorld Group has held 11 times of BPO industry annual meetings and “Golden Headset” Prize selection events since 13 years before with development of the only papery media. This meeting held the core theme of “Customer dynamic transaction & management”. Representatives from Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security of PR China, Ericsson Industry Analysis, HP China, JD Group and, MI Group took apartattended and gave several speeches during the meeting. CCRC earned the high evaluations and praises from the attendants and got the big prize award of “Golden Headset” annual Excellent BPO prize of 2015. Mr. Wang Debao, V.P. of CCRC attended the meeting and received the prize.
