CCRC Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, protect and disclose your information, describes the privacy rights you enjoy, and how your personal information is governed.
Personal Information
Refers to data that can identify a specific natural person on its own or when combined with other data. Anonymous data and aggregated data that cannot identify any specific individual even when combined with other information do not fall within the scope of personal information. "Sensitive personal information" refers to personal information that, once leaked, unlawfully provided or abused, could easily harm the personal dignity of a natural person or endanger their personal or property safety, including biometric data, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical and health information, financial accounts, and whereabouts and tracks, as well as the personal information of minors under the age of fourteen. The processing of sensitive personal information must follow the principles of specific purpose and strict necessity, obtain separate consent from the individual, and adopt strict security protection measures.
Information Collected Directly
To enable you to use certain features of the website, respond to your requests, communicate with you and provide related services, we may ask you to provide relevant materials, including personal information. Such information may include a visitor's name, address, email address and contact telephone number, as well as the username and password of your CCRC account. During the life of your account, we will retain information related to the products and services you have purchased.
We also collect information you actively provide to us. When you submit an inquiry or feedback, we record your name, email address, the subject of your inquiry and any content you voluntarily share. In addition, we may obtain relevant information about you from third-party service providers we cooperate with, who assist us in providing products and services to you.
The above personal information is provided by you voluntarily. If you decline to provide the necessary information, we may be unable to provide you with the corresponding website features and services.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit this website, we collect certain non-personal information, such as IP address, device identifiers, browser settings, operating system, referring domain, language preferences, mobile carrier, and website usage behaviour recorded through cookies or similar tracking technologies. For example, pixel tags and web beacons are small graphic files placed in web pages or emails that can be used to determine whether you have performed a specific action.
A "cookie" is a small file stored on your device by a website, which assigns a numeric user identifier and records your browsing behaviour on the website. Some cookies remain valid only within a single visit session, while others persist after the session ends, for example to avoid requiring you to re-enter contact information or re-add items to your shopping cart. We use cookies to conduct business, collect browsing data, optimize and personalize your experience, analyze user behaviour patterns, and continually improve our website, products and services.
The cookies we use fall into four main categories:
- Necessary Cookies: They are essential for your normal use of the products and services on this website. If you decline to enable them, certain features of the website will be unavailable.
- Functional Cookies: They are used to optimize the operational performance and functionality of the website, products and services, but are not required for using this site. If you decline to enable them, some features may not function properly.
- Analytical Cookies: They collect relevant data to help understand how the website, products and services are used and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, while also helping us optimize the website and improve your experience.
- Targeting Cookies: They record the pages you visit and the links you click in order to identify returning visitors and track your browsing behaviour on this website and other websites. Such cookies remain stored on your device for use on your next visit. Unlike these persistent cookies, some session cookies are automatically deleted once the browsing session ends.
Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies are retained for no more than 12 months.
We may also allow third parties to use cookies on this website to collect data on your online activities over time, deliver interest-based advertising and analyze advertising performance. Such cookies used for personalized tracking may be enabled only after obtaining your explicit, separate consent, and you have the right to turn off this feature at any time.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default. You may set your browser to automatically refuse all cookies, or to display a prompt when a cookie is received so that you can choose. If you refuse cookies, you may be unable to use all features of the website normally. Such deactivation settings apply only to the current device and browser, and may not work effectively in all circumstances.
To learn more about the rules governing the use of cookies by Google Analytics and to configure the relevant cookies, you may visit the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on page or the website of the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Internet users may enable settings such as "Do Not Track" in their browsers. However, the industry has not yet reached a consensus on the criteria, triggering methods and scope of application of this feature; therefore, the operation of this website will not change after receiving a "Do Not Track" instruction, and you may adjust tracking-related permissions in your browser settings at any time.
